Agreement

By using the Ride Wolf Black website or app, or by booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our service

Ride Wolf Black offers pre-booked private chauffeur service in Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas, including XNA airport transfers, hourly and all-day charters, corporate and daily rides, and group shuttles. Service is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Bookings and payment

• Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
• Quoted fares cover the vehicle and chauffeur for the time and route booked. Extra stops, waiting time and route changes may add charges.
• Tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity and applicable taxes may be added where they apply.
• Payment is authorized at booking and charged on completion unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made well ahead of your pickup are free. Late cancellations, or a rider who cannot be located after a reasonable wait at the pickup point, may be charged the full fare. Specific windows are shown when you book.

Rider conduct

Riders must wear seat belts, follow the chauffeur's safety instructions, and refrain from smoking, illegal activity or damaging the vehicle. Cleaning or repair costs may be charged. We may end a trip that is unsafe for the chauffeur or other passengers.

Delays and liability

We plan generous timing for airport trips, but we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, flight changes or other events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride, to the extent permitted by law.

Lost items

Tell us as soon as you can and we will help look for items left in a vehicle. We cannot guarantee recovery and are not liable for lost property.

VIP rewards

Rewards, discounts and complimentary rides have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Chauffeurs

Our chauffeurs are employees of Ride Wolf Black. Every chauffeur passes a criminal background check, a driving-record check and drug screening before their first ride, and drives a company-owned, company-insured vehicle.

Changes and contact
