Ride Wolf Black provides luxury chauffeur and airport car service in Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and mobile app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Trip information, including pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times and vehicle preferences.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Location data from the app, used to match you with a chauffeur and show live vehicle tracking.
- Basic device and usage data, such as browser type and pages viewed, to keep the service reliable.
From job applicants and employees
- Application details: name, contact information, work history, driver's license number and driving history.
- Background, driving-record and drug-screening results, obtained with your written consent through our screening vendor in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Arkansas law.
- Employment records once hired, including payroll, benefits and on-duty location and trip data. Employee records are handled under our employee privacy notice.
How we use your information
- To book, schedule and complete your rides, and to send confirmations and receipts.
- To operate the VIP Frequent Flyer rewards program and apply eligible discounts.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To send launch updates and service messages you have asked to receive.
- To protect riders and chauffeurs, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to deliver your ride: your chauffeur receives your name, pickup and destination. We also use trusted service providers for payments, messaging, mapping and hosting. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed for tax, safety and legal purposes, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing emails at any time, and turn off location sharing in your device settings (some features will not work without it).
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
